NCW Adventures was founded by Justyn Koinzan, a local real estate broker and lifelong outdoorsman who grew up in Malaga, WA. In 2024, while working in Chelan, Justyn saw something missing from the local tourism scene. There were plenty of options for water adventures—boats, jet skis, paddle boards—but nothing for exploring the mountains.
He decided to change that. Inspired by his own adventures growing up in Central Washington, he launched NCW Adventures with a single mission: to bring people back to the kind of experiences that don’t require a touchscreen.
